GYVLON ECO Screed
The most popular and generally used liquid screed we provide and apply, is the Gyvlon Eco. Uniquely, this can be laid to a minimum thickness of 25mm on a bonded floor. Additionally, it is also protein free and repels harmful bacteria.
GYVLON THERMIO+
We also apply Gyvlon Thermio+ which is specifically for use with underfloor heating. Consequently, it is the only liquid screed which has a guaranteed thermal performance.
GYVLON XTR
Gyvlon XTR is designed to provide a smooth level surface for use in areas with very heavy loads. For example, in industrial warehouses or garages. It is particularly suitable for application as a floating screed and, being protein free, it cannot harbour bacteria. Therefore, it is ideal for healthcare applications.
BELITEX
Topflow Screed C Belitex is designed as a quick drying solution. Therefore, it is suitable for buildings needing larger depths of floor and is perfect for uneven surfaces. The product dries fully within 14–21 days versus a minimum of 40–75 days for traditional or flowing screeds. Consequently, this screed is designed for indoor use and you do not have to sand if before applying an adhering floor covering.
