This  recent project showcases the use of Tarmac Screed C Cure, a high-performance, fast-drying screed designed to deliver strength, durability, and excellent thermal efficiency.

This project involved the preparation and screeding of approximately 35 square metres of flooring within a new build property in Merthyr Tydfil. The objective was to create a smooth, level, and long-lasting surface with superior heat transfer for a fully integrated underfloor heating system.

We’ve worked tirelessly ever since to deliver a high-quality finish. With the surface prepped, it was time to break out the hoovers and clean the area to within an inch of its life.

Next we primed the site, followed by installing an edging strip around all perimeter walls. With the groundwork set, we placed our tripods to ensure perfect levels throughout.

And finally, the big pour! Today we poured  the screed using Tarmac’s innovative new thin product—resulting in a perfectly flat floor.
