The first time Liquid Screed Specialists has worked with this client. They came to us as they needed a SP1 screed finish on the basement of their Cardiff development.

The Screed required a mirror finish to ensure there is no pooling under the tanking waterproof system. Additionally, in parts it only had a depth of 13mm.

LSS worked with Puma Flooring, who installed a liquid DPM system, to ensure our liquid screed bonded correctly.

As we were working to minimum depth of 13mm, Excelio was the perfect product. Slump tested to 290mm, it achieves a SP1 screed finish on a bonded floor at the required 13mm depth.

Liquid Screed Specialist were brought in by a new contractor to assist in the filling in of a swimming pool in Rhondda Cynon Taff.

The contractor was having difficulty with the perimeter of the pool and needed flowing screed that could go down to a depth of 13mm. Excelio was the perfect product and in this bonded scenario, took the perimeter of the pool from 35mm to 13mm.

Our professional team pumped 11m3 of Excelio and dappled within the hour.

Working with a new customer in Cardiff to solve a damp issue the homeowner had been experiencing for some years.

Liquid screed over a 1000 gauge membrane system will ensure that the damp issues are no more.

Belitex liquid screed from Tarmac was the perfect solution for this job. A finished flooring of the customer's choice can then be laid on top of this screed in 14 to 21 days of the pouring.

1.5m3 of Belitex was pumped into the property in 15 minutes, with a perfect glass-like finish.

2M3 was pumped in record time on a tricky elevated site, levels were perfect and we were happy.
